A corporate event is won or lost on logistics: guest access and parking, on-time setup, reliable audio and lighting, and a space that projects the right image for your company. Picking the right venue eliminates 80% of the problems on event day.

On Venueboard you'll find everything from formal ballrooms for conferences and gala dinners to rooftops, restored townhouses, and industrial spaces for launches with more personality. Every profile shows capacity by setup (theater, banquet, cocktail), included services, and a real-time availability calendar — which helps when the date was set by a committee and there's little room to move.

Planning several events a year, or organizing an offsite in Mexico City from another country? Contact venues directly through the platform with no middlemen or commissions, or use the free concierge to receive proposals from spaces available on your date with the technical requirements you need.

Frequently asked questions

What capacity and setup should I request for a corporate event?+
It depends on the format: a theater-style setup for talks holds more people than a banquet with round tables, and a networking cocktail sits in between. Decide on the format first, then ask the venue for capacity in that specific setup — including room for registration, a stage, and the coffee break.
Do venues include audiovisual equipment?+
Many include basic audio and lighting and offer screens, projection, and microphones as optional services; others work with exclusive AV vendors. Check the services section of the venue's profile on Venueboard, and schedule a technical run-through the day before if your event depends on presentations or streaming.
How far in advance should a corporate event be booked?+
For meetings and team dinners, 1 to 3 months is usually enough. Year-end parties are the exception: venues fill up from September–October, so try to lock in a date before the last quarter. Launches with complex production also benefit from extra lead time for setup and permits.
Can the venue issue a proper invoice?+
Venueboard venues are established businesses and generally issue a Mexican tax invoice (factura) for the rental and contracted services. Confirm it directly with the venue when you request your quote, along with their payment terms and deposit schedule.
Which spaces work best for a team building or offsite?+
Gardens and open-air spaces work for dynamics and physical activities; townhouses and terraces for working sessions with a good meal; and industrial or immersive spaces when you want something memorable. Define the goal of the session first, then filter by space type and capacity.
