List your venue on Venueboard
Two things in one: a public listing that brings you clients from Google, and a dashboard to run the whole venue — leads, calendar, quotes, accounts and costs. No booking commissions.

What your client sees
Your listing works while you run the venue: it shows up on Google, shows off your spaces, and sends the client to you by WhatsApp or enquiry form.
A complete, current listing
Photos, description, capacities, amenities, map location and contact details. You edit it from the dashboard and changes publish themselves.
A page for every space
Ballroom, garden, terrace: each space gets its own web address with its photos, capacity, floor area and amenities. Google indexes them separately, so your venue has more ways in.
Event galleries
Publish events you have already hosted, tied to the space where they happened, with up to three Instagram posts. You decide what goes live — galleries start as drafts.
Virtual tours and video
Navigable 3D tours and video on your listing — most of the active venues already have one. Clients see the space before they ask for a site visit.
Real availability
Your calendar publishes as booked and open days, never revealing whose event it is. If you rent spaces separately, availability is shown space by space.
You show up where they search
Your venue appears on the pages by event type — weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events — and by area, the ones people find on Google before they know who to write to.
What you use
This is not a directory with a contact form. It is the system other teams already run their venue on, every day.
Leads in a pipeline
Every enquiry lands on a board with stages, search, filters and notes. Each lead has its own page with the full history.
Per-space calendar
Month, year and per-space lane views. Date-clash detection understands which spaces each event actually occupies.
PDF quotes
Configurable line items, discounts and VAT. The quote total drives the event's balances — you capture the number once.
Accounts
Receivables, payments, refunds, client security deposits, and the venue's full statement of movements in one list.
Costs and profit
Event value minus costs equals profit, with its margin. Each supplier's rate posts itself when you assign them to an event.
Resources and inventory
A catalogue of what you charge and what it costs you. Assets tell you how much of the investment you have recovered; consumables carry inventory.
Listing analytics
Visits to your listing, clicks to WhatsApp, Instagram and your website, the contact funnel and the share of visits that turns into a conversation — every metric against the previous period.
Reports
Period summary, profitability event by event, month-by-month P&L, sales funnel, spend per supplier and resource inventory.
Team, audit log and documents
Accounts for your team with read-only permissions, a log of who did what, and files per event, per payment and for the venue.
Every new improvement reaches all venues at no extra cost, and we explain it in the dashboard's changelog.
A short catalogue, growing fast
We would rather have a few well-built venues than a vast directory. These are the site's numbers, unembellished.
30
active venues
Across 7 destinations: Mexico City, Oaxaca, Querétaro, Valle de Bravo, San Miguel de Allende, Tepoztlán and Acapulco
55,200
Google impressions
Over the last 3 months, with 944 clicks to the site
993
unique visitors
From August 7 to September 16: 3 page views and 2:49 minutes per visit. One in ten arrives from outside Mexico
15%
of visits end in a contact
156 contacts over that same period: 54 enquiry forms and 102 clicks to venues' WhatsApp, Instagram and websites
Venue and destination counts are current. Impressions and clicks from Google Search Console, last 3 months to September 16, 2026. Visitors, page views, time on site and contacts from Plausible, August 7 to September 16, 2026.
How listing works
Four steps, and in none of them are you left alone in front of an empty form.
Create your account
It takes a minute and costs nothing. All you need is your email — that same account becomes yours once the venue goes live.
Request your listing
From your profile, tell us your venue's name, where it is, your website and your Instagram. Four fields and you're done.
We review and reach out
Every venue in the catalogue is curated. We review your request and get in touch to go over questions and terms.
We publish and stay with you
We set up your listing and your spaces, hand over your operations dashboard, and stay with you through the first few weeks.
Why Venueboard?
Built in Mexico, for the way venues are actually rented in Mexico.
No commissions
One yearly subscription, and that is it. No per-lead fee and no percentage of the events you close.
Industry craft
More than 25 years running events in Mexico. The dashboard is built on how the business actually works.
We listen and adapt
We are a small local team. What you ask for gets discussed, and much of what exists today came out of those conversations.
