The beach format rules: a sunset event (the sun drops over the sea between 6 and 7 pm most of the year), hotels along the costera for every budget, and Saturday free for the bay. The dry season (November through May) is the most reliable; in summer, rain falls in the evening and coastal venues solve it with tents and covered areas. The humidity is real — light attire, strong AC at the after-party.
